Description:
Colocasia affinis 'Jenningsii' is a dwarf taro or elephant's ear with small, arrow-shaped, lustrous, velvety charcoal leaves with central charcoal veins and a silver blotch in the center. It can be grown as a marginal plant in ponds or in pots or beds with evenly moist soil. Yellowish-white spathes and spadixes may appear in summer but are usually hidden by the foliage. It is best brought in as a houseplant.
