Description:
Euphorbia characias ssp. wulfenii is an architectural plant whose blue-green, evergreen foliage and dramatic electric green, spring bracts (flowers) are powerful and dramatic in any situation at the middle or back of the border, at the base of an arbour, against a wall, or in large containers. Flowering lasts for months from early spring to early summer. Cut back each flowering stalk to the base when the bracts begin to whither. Remember: the stems that have not flowered yet will be your flowers for next spring.
