Description:
Phlox paniculata 'Blue Ice' has buds at first warm light purple turning to icy lavender-blue and then opening to pure white, fragrant flowers with occasional flushes of lavender-blue on stems to 32 in. high. Grow in moderately fertile, well-drained soil with even moisture in full sun to part shade. Popular with hummingbirds and butterflies.
