Hydrangea macrophylla Tilt-A-Swirl has unusual mopheads of green and rosy red flowers that are continuously changing over the season. Plants grow into 3-4 foot mounds and bloom on both old and new wood. This means you can have flowers even in zone 5 when your hydrangea has died back to the ground! Cultivar name: 'Qufu'.
