Allium cyathophorum var. farreri is a Chinese species that somewhat resembles our native A. cernuum but with darker, rose pink to purplish pink flowers. Narrow chive-like leaves. They will self-seed gently in the garden and clumps will increase over time. Deer resistant. They are also popular with lots of pollinators. Tolerant of acidic soils and part shade.
