Description:
Musa acuminata 'Truly Tiny' is the smallest edible fruit-producing banana in the world reaching heights of 24-48 inches. Flowers are large and cone shaped emerging from the centre of the tree. Their fuchsia bracts reveal white tubular flowers producing tasty bananas. Young plants have long, broad paddle-shaped leaves that emerge maroon or blotchy but then fade to green as they mature. Fast growing and low maintenance. Requires, moist well-drained soil with heat, sun and humidity. If kept indoors, the plant won't go dormant. Very pretty and fun to grow.
