Achillea tomentosa 'Goldie' is a tough, super hardy little work horse for the hot, dry sunny garden. This dwarf wooly yarrow has fuzzy, olive-green, evergreen foliage that is topped with clusters of bright, mustard-yellow flowers from late spring into summer. Foliage is spicy when crushed. Deadhead after blooming to tidy up. Requires excellent drainage. Avoid rich, moist soils. Awesome in the rock garden. Butterfly magnet. Deer & rabbit resistant.
