Philadelphus 'Snowbelle' is a hardy shrub with an abundance of small, sweetly fragrant, double white flowers resembling orange blossoms that bloom from May to June. Possesses a compact, upright growth habit of 36-48 inches high and wide with excellent heat and cold tolerance. Use as a foundation planting, for hedges, in borders, and for low privacy screens. Provide protection in zone 3.
