Sinocrassula yunnanensis (syn. Crassula) is an intriguing miniature succulent with tiny, pointed, black leaves covered in tiny silver hairs. It can form small colonies with time. The small flowers are white. It is hardy to zone 7 and hails from Yunnan, China, India and adjacent countries.
