Aeonium aureum (syn. Greenovia aurea) 'Gran Canaria' is a large form with broad, grey-green leaves. This species is known as green rose buds because, when dry, the leaves curl up into a tight rosebud-like shape. If well watered, they open flat more like a classic Aeonium. Aeonium may be provided as cuttings for mail order customers.
