Description:
Crocus goulimyi is a rare fall-flowering species with goblet-shaped, lavender flowers with paler throats held on long tubes rising high above the foliage. Endemic to Greece. Some sites suggest hardiness to zone 3 while others suggest 5 or 6. We won't know the full story of hardiness until more gardeners try it in cold climates. Photo: Wikipedia.
