Tulipa 'Je Maintiendrai' is a historic Breeder tulip introduced around 1863. It is a stunning amaranth purple with burnt orange edges to each petal on stems to 24 inches high. Large hybrid tulips can be maintained in the garden if given a sunny location with rich soil and slow release fertilizer when in growth.
