Mighty Veggie grafted cucumbers produce 2-3 times (or more!) fruit than ungrafted plants and are more cold tolerant and disease resistant.
Description:
The most exciting new cucumber variety in decades! Crisp, crunchy, and refreshing with a unique, lime green skin and light green flesh! Very productive, disease resistant plants produce smooth, mellow tasting cucumbers right up until frost. ‘Lime Crisp’ can be harvested when small, but still retains its crisp texture when the fruit get quite long. 60 days. Mighty Veggies grafted vegetables are hand grafted onto super strong rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so veggies start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Veggie grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
