Description:
'Epic' ('Dusky') offers plump, oval, purple-black eggplants that can be picked at 3-5 inches long or harvested when fully mature at 8-10 inches long. The fruits are perfect for roasting, baking or grilling. 70-80 days. Mighty Veggies grafted vegetables are hand grafted onto super strong rootstock which provides greater disease resistance, greater cold tolerance (so veggies start growing faster in the spring), and great yield. Mighty Veggie grafted plants usually produce 2-3 times more fruit than ungrafted plants, a difference that is especially large for heirloom varieties which do not always offer high yields.
