Over its long history it has been used as an ornament though it is also nice for eating & juice with sweet, fruity, aromatic, juicy flesh. Can also be used for cooking/baking. Good storage. Compact growth suited to containers. Introduced in France in 1628. | Rootstock: M.9 (Dwarf)
