Rhododendron 'Polarnacht' is almost twice the width as its height. Polarnacht, translated from German, means Polar Night. Frilly deep dark purple blooms with spotted red throats are held in trusses of 12-14. We love the very dark distinctive color. Mid to late season. Produces dark green foliage with a dense, compact habit 3 ft. tall by 6 ft. wide.
