Clematis Vancouver 'Plum Gorgeous' produces velvety, plum coloured blooms that fade to a purple-blue. The petals on its large flowers have a sheen to them which create an almost luminous effect. Being a group B2, pruning this variety is optional. Plum Gorgeous is one of the most vigorous varieties in the Vancouver series, supplying dramatic beauty through a long, plentiful season. The Vancouver series was bred in the Fraser Valley and offers a wide range of top performing cultivars in a variety of colours that will bloom three times each season.
