Primula vulgaris 'Avondale' is a primrose with multi-coloured blooms of pink, mauve, white, and yellow with evergreen leaves.


Description:
Primula vulgaris 'Avondale' is a pretty little primrose. It is very floriferous with multitudes of single flowers happily popping their heads above crisp, upward facing green leaves. The multi-coloured blooms display mauve-pink petals crossed with white lines and finished with contrasting yellow centres Enjoys moist but well drained soil in a woodland setting, at the front of the border, and in a pot. An early source of nectar for the pollinators.
