Spigelia marilandica 'Ragin Cajun' has red tubular flowers and yellow throats. A North American native commonly known as Indian Pink.


Description:
Spigelia marilandica is one of the most striking and beautiful of the eastern North American native perennials. 'Ragin' Cajun' has deep red tubular flowers with light yellow throats on a nicely rounded habit of up to 24 inches tall and wide. More floriferous than earlier cultivars. Long blooming period from late spring to midsummer. A hummingbird and butterfly magnet. At home in the bright woodland or sunny to part shady border. Very popular with wildflower enthusiasts.
