Syringa 'Josee' is a reblooming, dwarf lilac producing sweetly-scented pink flowers in a large display that can completely cover the shrub in spring. Then it repeat blooms through summer and into fall, taking breaks in between to catch its breath. Plants can reach 4-6 feet high and wide. Hardy to at least zone 3.
