Podophyllum 'Red Panda' is a very special and rare mayapple hybrid bred by Marietta and Ernie O'Byrne. Plants can vary somewhat but all emerge with a rich reddish brown and develop a green infusion with time. The red flowers are also quite ornamental if you visit them blooming beneath the umbrella-like foliage. Plants will form impressive clumps with time.
