This evergreen Salvia is really useful for ornamental and culinary purposes. Its greenish-grey foliage looks amazing year round including with winter frost. In the summer it flushes out and sports purple flowers. Prune as needed in the spring to retain a compact shape. Can be used in an recipe calling for sage.
