Description:
Astrantia major 'Sparkling Stars Red' forms clumps of dark green, serrated, palmate foliage topped with branching stems of flowering umbels in colours of red-maroon and white. Masterworts bloom for months on end and are incredibly valuable for a range of light conditions from part shade to full sun. The detailing in their pincushion-like flowers with their subtending involucral bracts are intricate and beautiful. Pollinator attractor. Deer resistant.
