This Jacob's Ladder is famously named after one of the best views in the Olympic mountains. Polemonium 'Hurricane Ridge' will not disappoint. Tough and hardy, it will flourish in both sun and part shade offering much flexibility in the garden. Attractive too! During mid summer clusters of lilac-blue flowers with yellow stamens are displayed on strong stems that rise up from its base of dense and heavily mounded, fern-like foliage. Adds interesting texture and form to containers, rock gardens and at the front of mixed borders. Attracts bees.
