Prunus avium 'Sweetheart' is a self-fertile, award-winning, sweet cherry. Clusters of fragrant white flowers in spring are followed by a bountiful late-season harvest of medium sized, bright red, very firm cherries with a mild, sweet flavour. Perfect for extending the harvest season. Excellent for eating fresh, canning and preserves. Trees are on semi-dwarf rootstock and will reach 12-15 feet tall.
