Tulipa 'Blue Wow' is more purple or maybe bluish purple or lavender-blue than it is true blue. But no matter the exact shade it is a stunning double tulip with wonderful layers of lightly ruffled petals. The flowers will emerge somewhat like 'Ice Cream' with a tight inner cone and a base of white and green.
