Description:
Nerium 'Dwarf Pink Ice' is a dwarf oleander that grows as a multi-stemmed shrub to about 4-5 feet high. Through summer it is topped with clusters of tropical-looking, baby pink, tubular and whorled flowers. Potentially hardy in zone 8b, an unnamed oleander grew for many years along 4th Avenue in Vancouver before it was removed in a sidewalk renovation. In colder climates, it makes an excellent container specimen for the patio. Bring indoors for winter. Hardy to zone 8b.
