Ajuga ‘Valfredda’ Chocolate Chip was bred by a nursery in Italy called Valfredda. It is a cute, compact bugleweed with small, narrow, elongated leaves that are flushed with burgundy when young and when grown in more sun. Deep blue flowers grace the plants in spring. A great little ground cover. Combine with gold foliage for a bold contrast.
