Symphytum grandiflorum 'Goldsmith' is a neat clump-forming to slow-spreading comfrey with light green crinkled leaves edged with yellow that turn to a darker green later in the season. Pink buds open to blue and white flowers in spring that are popular with bees. Can rebloom if cut back. Shade tolerant.
