Eremurus x isabellinus ‘Cleopatra’

('productnameshort')

Eremurus 'Cleopatra' is a foxtail lily with dramatic spires of peach flowers.

Description:
Eremurus x isabellinus 'Cleopatra' is a foxtail lily with dramatic five foot spires of orange flowers from burnt-orange buds above bluish strap-like leaves in early summer. Each petal has a narrow red stripe along the midrib, a slender line reminiscent of Cleopatra's eyeliner. Eremurus create quite a stir when in flower as they did at the 2009 World Rose Festival (pictured along with E. stenophyllus) where they were the most photographed flower! Dry yet rich soil in a sunny location. Do not allow other perennials to overgrow their foliage. Extra large bulbs.
