Campanula poscharskyana 'Blue Waterfall' hails from the Balkans and is useful for the front of the border, trailing over rockery walls, weaving through and into other perennials, and adorning window boxes. It grows quickly and blooms profusely from spring right through to fall with masses and masses of blue to lavender blue, starry bell flowers.
