Description:
Basils are one of the most popular herbs used fresh or dried in a wide variety of dishes. Bushy upright plants have aromatic, shiny foliage in a variety of shapes, colours and flavours. Each year we carry 10-15 different basils. Plant in a warm, well-drained site. Remove flower heads promptly to keep the plant producing foliage. Can be grown indoors on a windowsill. Though enticing, don't grow basils outside until around May 15 as soils and night time temperatures will be too low.

Additionally, we carry many plants that have not yet been entered into our database so please enquire if you don’t see what you’re looking for. However, if you are visiting the nursery from afar, we can arrange for the necessary permits and paperwork for you to take plants back with you to your country.
