Hydrangea quercifolia 'Pee Wee' is a dwarf oakleaf hydrangea with white flower panicles that age to pink and beautiful fall foliage colour.


Description:
Oakleaf hydrangea is a slow growing shrub of great beauty and one of the few hydrangeas not native to Asia in this case hailing from the southeastern US. 'Pee Wee' is a dwarf selection of smaller stature and with smaller leaves and flower panicles also noted for its bronze, maroon and purple fall colour. The cone-shaped panicles of white florets are produced in late spring and grace the plants all summer as they age to pink. Oakleaf hydrangea have great, long-lasting fall colour and are drought tolerant.
