Dahlia Burgundy Leaf Happy Single 'Butterfly'

('productnameshort')

From the Happy Single series, Dahlia 'Happy Butterfly' has salmon to apricot flowers with yellow edges over burgundy foliage.

Description:
Inspired by the doomed lovers Romeo and Juliet, this series is ironically and strangely called the Happy Single Series. At least our love affair with burgundy-leaved dahlias will continue. Collect the whole series for a Shakespearean extravaganza! 'Butterfly' has single, salmon to apricot flowers edged in yellow and centred with purple all above rich, burgundy foliage. Long-blooming from June to fall. Dahlias are hardy to the winter temperatures of coastal BC but not to the winter wet. Grow outside in locations that are dry in winter or lift and store in a cool, dry location indoors like everyone else does.
