Description:
A spectacular evergreen fern, Polystichum setiferum 'Divisilobum' or the soft shield fern adds beauty and texture to any woodland or shady garden with architectural form and finely dissected evergreen fronds that arch and swirl gracefully with cinnamon-coloured stipes. Combines well with hellebores, hostas, Brunnera, or any shade-loving plant with contrasting foliage. Displays well under shrubs such as rhododendrons. Use singularly or mass plant. You'll definitely fall in love with this classic beauty! Possibly hardy to zone 5.
