Camellia 'Blushing Maiden' is a pink-flowered tea plant hardier than other varieties.
This hardier selection of Camellia sinensis 'Rosea' is similar to 'Tea Breeze' but with pink flowers. It is a hardy, evergreen, ornamental shrub or small tree with dense, glossy, dark-green leaves used for making tea. Single, pink, fragrant, nodding flowers bloom from September-November. Leaves are used to make tea. Leaves and roots are used in traditional Chinese medicine.
