Tulipa humilis 'Alba Coerulea Oculata' is a rare and beautiful cultivar with pure white flowers with steely navy blue centres. Botanical tulips are miniature to small species tulips, cultivars of species, or dwarf named cultivars not far removed from their wild ancestors. They are strongly perennial in good drainage with full sun and will naturalize when happy.
