Ganzania krebsiana 'Tanager' is a cold-hardy perennial with large, dramatic, bright orange daisy flowers with intricate black markings around the centre. It blooms profusely from spring to fall atop long, narrow, attractive, dark green foliage with silver undersides. Growth habit is 4 to 8 inches tall with an 8 to 12 inch spread. May re-seed lightly. Requires fast-draining soil. Awesome for the dry, sunny border, alpine rock garden and by edges of gravel pathways. Pollinator attractor.
