Narcissus jonquilla 'Lieke' is a floriferous miniature daffodil blooming in April with white flowers, a small primrose yellow cup and green centres. N. jonquilla is a species from Spain and Portugal that has been cultivated since the 1700s for its oil, still a component of many perfumes. It has narrow, rush-like leaves - jonquilla comes from juncus which means rush.
