Description:
'Rebecca's World' is a decorative-type dahlia that is a real phenomenon with flowers that start crimson to burgundy red and fade to white, others that start white and change to burgundy red to crimson, and still others that emerge bicoloured and remain as is - all on the SAME plant. Plus there are highlights of lavender-magenta. You know you have to see this for yourself! Dahlias are hardy to the winter temperatures of coastal BC but not to the winter wet.
