Diospyros kaki 'Miss Kim' is early-ripening producing good crops of large, round, sweet and flavourful, reddish orange fruit that is ready to eat when soft and tender like a ripe tomato. It is also a very attractive compact tree with a weeping habit and long, tropical-looking foliage that turns deep red in fall. Persimmons are one of the most popular fruits in Asia and treasured for fresh eating or desserts. Self-fertile.
